Regulatory Incentives to Promote RE Investment

In July 2019, upon invitation from the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency in the Ministry of Energy of Thailand, Mr. Thanawat Keereepart, RE Policy Expert and Task 2 Lead for USAID Clean Power Asia, was a featured speaker at the International Forum on Unlocking Investment Opportunities in Renewable Energy for the ASEAN Region, held at the Imperial Hotel and Convention Center Korat in Nakorn Ratchasima province. Thanawat presented on RE policy incentives in Southeast Asia in Session 2: Regulatory Incentives to Promote Investment in Renewable Energy in ASEAN Toward 21^st Century. Participants at the event included policymakers, project developers, and financiers in the region.
